Join us in Medicine Hat as we flip for a cause this National Pancake Day, Tuesday March 3rd! Our restaurant is proud to support the Root Cellar Medicine Hat Food Bank by turning every stack served into an opportunity to give back to our local community.

Guests are invited to enjoy a free short stack of our signature buttermilk pancakes in exchange for a suggested donation. All funds raised will go directly to the Root Cellar to help provide food, resources, and essential support to individuals and families in Medicine Hat facing food insecurity.
