Brooks Investing in New Skills (BINS) starting date Sept 28 2026 is a 16-week trauma-informed program for unemployed or underemployed adults who have experienced trauma and need support building stability, confidence, and employment readiness. Supports include coaching, training, referrals, work placements, and funding for employment-related needs. Participation stipend (up to $2,500.00 per client) may be provided for attendance
