The University of Lethbridge is a nondenominational coeducational university with campuses in Lethbridge, Calgary and Edmonton. At the University of Lethbridge, you can choose from more than 150 programs offered in seven Faculties and Schools: Arts and Science, Education, Health Sciences, Fine Arts, Management, and Graduate Studies. The University of Lethbridge and Medicine Hat College jointly offer a 4-year program leading to a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Addictions Counselling). Students may begin studies in this program at either Medicine Hat College or at the U of L campus in Lethbridge. There are several other opportunities for Medicine Hat College diploma program graduates to transfer to the U of L and receive two years program credit towards a baccalaureate degree.
