The YMCA Brooks Employment Centre offers over 13 specialized programs designed to help Albertans overcome workplace barriers and build sustainable careers. 

The YMCA services include but not limited to:  

• Career Transitions: One-on-one coaching and resume building for individuals re-entering the workforce or changing industries 
• Targeted Support: Programs tailored for youth, individuals with disabilities, and women entering the trades. 
• Barrier Removal: focuses on mental health, addiction, and outreach  
• Free Resources: Access to computers, internet, and professional skills workshops.
