What 20%+ Productivity Looks Like in Your Organization: Across the whole organization, a 20%+ productivity gain means reclaiming roughly 1 full day of capacity per employee, per week - without adding headcount or hours.
For teams: faster decisions, fewer rework loops, improved morale and psychological safety.
For operations: reduced waste (time, motion, materials, defects), shorter lead times, and stronger first-pass quality.
For administration: streamlined workflows, fewer handoffs, and 20-30% fewer hours on low-value tasks.
For sales: shorter sales cycles, higher close rates, improved pipeline velocity, and more time with qualified prospects.
For customer experience: faster response times, fewer escalations, and stronger retention.
Financially, for a 50-person organization this can translate into hundreds of thousands of dollars in recovered annual capacity and margin.

BONUS: All participants will receive a FREE copy of The Hero's Rope - the #1 Amazon Best Seller in Organizational Change - authored by program co-facilitator Wesley Paterson, CMC.
FUNDING OPPORTUNITY: Eligible organizations may also qualify for tuition reimbursement through the Canada-Alberta Job Grant / Canada Alberta Productivity Grant program - up to $100,000 per organization per fiscal year. Applications must be submitted PRIOR to the start of training. Learn more and apply: https://www.alberta.ca/canada-alberta-productivity-grant
