Join us for our annual Leadership Breakfast, a signature event that brings together administrative leaders from across our region. This is your opportunity to engage directly with regional decision-makers, participate in open dialogue, and help shape the conversation that drives our communities forward.

Evolving from the Mayor’s Breakfast, this year’s event takes the form of an interactive Leadership Panel, featuring Senior Leadership from the City of Medicine Hat, Cypress County, and Redcliff—and it couldn’t come at a more important time. Following a Municipal Election Year, we’ll explore how each municipality has managed transitions,, maintained momentum on current initiatives, and new strategic priorities going into 2026–2027.

You’ll also hear firsthand about key accomplishments — and what’s ahead for our region.

Following the panel, attendees will be invited to submit questions and engage in a live discussion—an invaluable chance to connect with those at the helm of municipal leadership.
