Chamber members are encouraged to use the boardroom located at the Chamber office for free, at any time. Members can access the boardroom, day or night, by key access and need only to call the Chamber office to ask for availability. It is equipped with a projector and screen, TV monitor, telephone with conferencing ability, Wi-Fi, water + coffee maker, and white board walls.

Boardroom Booking Allowances by Membership Level:

Starter, Supporter, and Promoter Members

• Up to 2 free boardroom bookings per month
• Additional bookings will be charged at member rates:
  - $52.50 for a half day (4 hours)
  - $105.00 for a full day (8 hours)
  - $122.50 for evenings and weekends (These rates reflect a 30% discount off non-member pricing.)
• Bookings may be made up to 6 months in advance

Influencer and Community Builder Members

• Unlimited free bookings continue to apply
• No change to current privileges
