Along with 8-foot back drapes and 4-foot side drapes we are pleased to offer the following booth accessories. However, these items must be confirmed with your booking:
- 1 Skirted Table: 6x8 booth – 6’table, 10x10 booth or larger – 6’ or 8’ table (please specify)
- 2 Folding Chairs
- 1 Power Outlet Box: 800 WATT duplex electrical outlet
Please confirm with Samantha Tonin which of the provided items you require in your booth. If you do not confirm at least two weeks before the show, the items will not be provided in your booth. You will then be responsible for purchasing these through the show service when you arrive. If you do not confirm what booth accessories you need, we will assume that you do not any of the above products. Booth Décor and Additional Power:
Booth Décor such as carpet, displays, furnishings, foliage, etc. and additional power can be ordered through Global Convention Services. Rental Fees Apply. www.globalconvention.ca
Internet Service for your booth must be ordered through the Medicine Hat Exhibition & Stampede. Please contact Samantha Tonin at email@example.com if you need an internet order form.
6 X 8 Booth – 2 Badges, 10 X 10 Booth – 2 Badges, 6 X 16 Booth – 3 Badges, 10 X 15 Booth – 3 Badges, 10 X 20 Booth – 4 Badges, 10 X 30 + Larger – 6 Badges. You may also order additional exhibitor badges at the time of booking or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need additional badges after you book your booth.
Each exhibitor can attain 2 complimentary tickets to our Exhibitors’ Reception on Saturday, March 5th, 2022. If an Exhibitor would like 2 tickets, they are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Additional tickets can be purchased for a nominal fee. Further details will be distributed closer to the show.
